The Brief
This project was all about designing a collection of 4-6 outfits that aligned to our theme, chosen celebrity and to the Met Gala theme, Tailored to you.
Throughout this project I had to think about my background and heritage. This module helped me with my development from 2D visual designs to a final creative and innovative 3D outfit.
My response
I chose the theme of Bowood House and I designed my outfits for Michelle Dockery, who stared on Downton Abbey. I chose this theme because it's a breath-taking, Victorian house in Wiltshire.
I focused on bringing forward the colours that Dockery wore on the show and the beauty of the glowing lillies that grow on the grounds of Bowood House.
